Terms of Sale
These terms cover (1) your £50 founders' deposit, (2) the £149/month founders' subscription that begins when WYN ships in Q3 2026, and (3) your statutory rights. The deposit is fully refundable any time before product ships. After shipping, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies. None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Lemon Group International Limited (trading as "WYN", referred to here as the "Seller", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05807099, with its registered office at 43 Sorrel Crescent, Didcot, England, OX11 6HQ.
Product is manufactured and supplied by our affiliate Lemon Group International L.L.C-FZ, formation number 2535701, of Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. UK consumer contracts are with Lemon Group International Limited (UK).
We are not currently registered for UK VAT. Prices shown on the Site are inclusive of all applicable taxes at the prevailing rate; should our VAT status change, this will be reflected at checkout and your founders' price will remain unchanged.

2. These terms
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through wynforlife.com (the "Site"). By placing an order or paying the founders' deposit, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in force on the date you placed the order. For founders' memberships, future amendments will not change the locked monthly price (see clause 6).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to place an order. WYN is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or have a medical condition, consult your GP before using WYN.
4. The founders' deposit
4.1 What you are paying for
The £50 founders' deposit reserves one of 250 founders' memberships. It does not purchase product, and no product will be shipped until you confirm activation when WYN becomes available (expected Q3 2026).
4.2 What the deposit secures
- A locked subscription price of £149 per month for the duration of your continuous membership (see clause 6).
- Priority access to the first production batch.
- A numbered canister, founders' dashboard badge, and direct line to the founder via the member channel.
4.3 Refund of the deposit
You may request a full refund of your £50 deposit at any time before product ships, for any reason. Refunds are processed within 14 days of your written request, to the original payment method.
4.4 Credit toward first month
If you proceed to activate your subscription when product ships, your £50 deposit is automatically credited to your first month's charge. Your first month therefore costs £99 (£149 less £50 credit). Subsequent months are charged at £149.
5. Cancellation rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
For the deposit (a digital reservation): you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. This is in addition to our voluntary policy in clause 4.3 (refund at any time before shipping).
To cancel, email hello@wynforlife.com with the subject "Cancel founders' deposit" and the email used at sign-up. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the refund within 14 days.
6. The locked price guarantee
If you activate your subscription when WYN ships, your monthly price is locked at £149 for as long as your subscription remains active and continuous. This guarantee applies even if our standard public price increases above £179 in future.
The price lock is voided if:
- You cancel your subscription and do not re-subscribe within 6 months (you then re-enter at the then-current standard price).
- You receive a refund of your deposit and do not activate your subscription within 30 days of WYN becoming available.
- The membership is transferred without our written consent (memberships are personal and non-transferable by default).
7. The subscription
7.1 Frequency and billing
Once activated, the subscription bills monthly on the same calendar day each month, beginning the day product first ships. Payments are taken automatically via Stripe.
7.2 Cancellation
You may cancel the subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and no further product will be shipped.
7.3 Pausing
You may pause your subscription for up to 90 cumulative days per calendar year through the account dashboard without losing your founders' price lock.
8. Ship dates
We currently estimate first shipping in Q3 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Manufacturing delays or quality-control rejections of batches may push this date later. We will email founders with material updates. If shipping is delayed beyond 31 December 2026, you may request a full refund of your deposit regardless of the reason for delay.
9. Quality and our 30-day money-back guarantee
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the product we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your first 30 days of WYN do not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of first shipment and we will refund 100% of the price paid for that month. You may keep or return the product at our discretion.
10. Price, taxes and shipping
All prices on the Site are shown in GBP and are inclusive of all applicable taxes at the prevailing rate. Lemon Group International Limited is not currently UK VAT-registered; should that change, the all-in price you pay will not change. Shipping within the UK mainland is included in the subscription price. International shipping availability and pricing will be communicated at checkout when subscriptions are activated.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for losses arising under or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the previous 12 months.
12. Health and safety
WYN is a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Discontinue use and consult your GP if you experience any adverse reaction. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply-chain interruption, regulatory action, raw-material shortage, or natural disaster.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are unhappy with our resolution, you can seek free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or refer the matter to your local Trading Standards service.
