Founders' Membership Agreement
You pay £50 to reserve one of 250 spots. When WYN ships, you become a founders' member at £149/month for life, as long as you stay subscribed continuously. This is on top of (not instead of) our standard Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.
1. What you are buying
The Founders' Membership is a limited reservation that grants the holder access to the WYN subscription at a locked monthly price of £149 GBP from the date the product first ships, for as long as the membership remains continuously active.
2. Limited supply
Only 250 Founders' Memberships will be issued. Once 250 are sold, the offer is closed. We will not run a second founders' round at this price.
3. The £50 deposit
3.1 Purpose
The £50 deposit secures your spot. It is not payment for product. It is held by us until WYN ships, at which point it is automatically credited to your first month's subscription (so your first month bills £99 instead of £149).
3.2 Refund
You may request a full refund of your £50 deposit at any time before WYN ships, no reason required. See the Refund Policy.
3.3 Forfeiture
If you do not activate your subscription within 30 days of WYN first becoming available, your £50 deposit will be automatically refunded and your spot released. You will lose the founders' price lock.
4. The lifetime price lock
4.1 What it is
Once activated, your monthly subscription bills £149 — and continues to bill £149 even if our public price increases (currently £179, may rise in future). The lock applies to the WYN System subscription only, not to one-off add-ons or new product lines.
4.2 What keeps it active
- Your subscription remains active and your payment method is current.
- You may pause for up to 90 cumulative days per calendar year without losing the lock.
- You may switch tier (e.g. Morning-only) but retain the System lock as long as you re-activate System within 60 days.
4.3 What voids it
The lifetime price lock is automatically voided if:
- You cancel your subscription and do not re-subscribe within 6 months.
- You attempt to transfer the membership without our written consent.
- You take a refund of the £50 deposit and do not activate the subscription within 30 days of WYN becoming available.
- You engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach of the Terms of Sale.
5. Non-transferability
Founders' Memberships are personal to the named account holder. You may not sell, gift, auction, or otherwise transfer your membership without our prior written consent. Transfers requested in good faith (e.g. account name change after marriage) will typically be granted at no charge.
6. Founder benefits beyond price
- Numbered first-batch canister (1 of 250)
- Founders' badge on member dashboard
- Direct line to the founder via the member channel
- Priority customer support
- Early access to new formulations and add-on launches
These benefits are subject to change but the price lock in clause 4 is not.
7. If we cease trading
If Lemon Group International Limited is wound up, sold, or otherwise unable to continue trading:
- If product has not yet shipped: your £50 deposit will be refunded under standard insolvency rules. We hold deposits in a separate ringfenced account where commercially possible.
- If product has shipped and a successor entity continues the business: the price lock transfers to that entity, subject to their reasonable reissue of terms.
- If no successor exists: your subscription ends with no further charges; outstanding undelivered months are refunded pro-rata.
8. Ship date estimate and risk
Estimated first ship date: Q3 2026. This is an estimate based on current manufacturing and quality-control timelines. Founders accept that ship dates may shift. If shipping has not occurred by 31 December 2026, you may request a full refund of your deposit. See Refund Policy clause 6.
9. No medicinal claim
WYN is a food supplement designed to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It is not a medicine. Membership does not grant access to medical advice. Always consult your GP before starting any supplementation if you have a medical condition or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
10. Relationship to other terms
This Agreement is supplemental to and incorporates by reference our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. In the event of a conflict, this Agreement prevails for matters specific to the Founders' Membership; other terms apply otherwise.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes affecting active founders will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. The locked monthly price in clause 4 cannot be changed unilaterally for active founders without your consent.
